      <image:caption>Toch geloof ik dat het voor jou ook mogelijk is een goede tijd neer te zetten. Als je nu niet goed loopt, ontbreekt het je waarschijnlijk aan overzicht en concrete stappen. Herkenbaar? Weet dan dat er een oplossing is: je hebt op het gebied van marathonvoorbereiding gewoon nog wat te leren. Een geslaagde marathon lopen zie ik als een spel. En zodra je de regels van het spel kent en deze consequent toepast, dan gaat er ook echt iets veranderen. In mijn coachingsprogramma ‘Master’ ontdek je de spelregels. En je leert hoe je ze toepast zodat je in korte tijd een beter resultaat neerzet. Elke actie leg ik stap voor stap uit, in je loopschema, zodat je elke dag precies weet wat je moet doen. Ik geef daarbovenop nog een hele reeks video's met instructies. Om meer inzicht te krijgen op vlak van mindset, voeding, beweging, techniek en rust. Ik gebruik deze strategieën zelf nog altijd en heb hierdoor het afgelopen jaar mijn tijd met 7' verbeterd, van 2:53 naar 2:46.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ik was goed in mijn sport. Ik trainde gevariëerd, had genoeg kilometers in de benen. Maar ik voelde dat ik niet uit mijn tempo kon geraken tijdens de marathon, ik kon niet versnellen... Uit angst voor blessures trainde ik teveel op zachte ondergronden. Ik trainde in parken en op finse pistes. Daarom kon mijn lichaam de impact niet opvangen van de harde ondergrond tijdens de marathon... Toch voelde ik: dit wordt een spannend parcours, maar ik stop niet voordat ik succesvol ben. Ik besloot om alles wat ik nog niet wist, te gaan leren. En ik paste toe wat ik ontdekte. Zo verbeterde ik mijn pr. Soms voelt het alsof ik met een groot geheim rondloop: 'Je tijd verbeteren kan zó makkelijk zijn, als je maar de juiste stappen zet.’ Daarom wil ik dit zo graag met je delen, zodat jij ook jouw Ideale tijd kunt realiseren.</image:caption>
